The following are the terms and conditions for use of the xtcmail service.

This Service is provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old or minors who have prior permission from their parents or legal guardians to open, access and maintain an account.

Please carefully read the Agreement that follows the 'sign up' page. By Clicking on the 'I Accept the Agreement' button and completing the registration process on our pages, you are automatically bound by all of the Terms & Conditions, stated below:

1. ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

To open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as required by the Registration Form. You must choose a password and an account name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are also entirely responsible for the usage of your account.

2. PRIVACY

It is our policy to respect the privacy of its members. We will not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about you or your use of the Service, including its contents, without your prior permission unless we are forced to for legal reasons or to protect our other users against misuse by you.

3. MESSAGE STORAGE

The amount of email storage space per member is limited to 6MB. You are given the exact amount of space left on the first page after login. For further information, please consult our Frequently Asked Questions page. Some email messages may not be sent or received, if there are space constraints, and we will not be responsible in any way for these.

5. MEMBER CONDUCT

You will not use this service for any unlawful or illegal conduct. If you do so, xtcmail will in no way be liable for your conduct and the sole responsibility lies with you. xtcmail and MXN Technologies Inc.  totally indemnify themselves against this.

You agree to abide by all local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions in your account or password, including the content of your transmissions through the Service.

6. INLINE LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Any links contained in email messages have not necessarily been endorsed by xtcmail. We will not be responsible for the content at the destination of these links. You will visit these links entirely at your sole discretion and risk.

7. LIABILITY LIMITATION

The information and services included in, or available through our Service may include inaccuracies or typographical errors, although not intentional. xtcmail may make improvements and/or changes in the Service at any time, in our endeavor to constantly improve and update the service.

Xtcmail does not represent or warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. Xtcmail does not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the Service or the materials made available as part of the Service will be correct, accurate, timely, or otherwise reliable.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify xtcmail and MXN Technologies Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates and employees from any claim, demand, or damage, including legal fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Service.

9. TERMINATION

xtcmail  may terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever.

Xtcmail may also terminate or suspend your account for inactivity. You must login to your account within 15 days from signing up, as a precondition.

If you wish to terminate your account, your only recourse is to discontinue the use of the Service or make a request to support@xtcmail.com to this effect, so that your account is deleted. We will not be responsible for any mail, files, etc. that may still be in your account. 

We  have no obligation to maintain any content of your account or to forward any kind of messages to you or any third party.

10. SPAM

Xtcmail  will immediately terminate any account which it believes, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any Spam or other unsolicited bulk email.

11. ADVERTISEMENTS & ENDORSEMENTS

All advertisements that appear on the pages of the service are not necessarily endorsed by xtcmail or MXN Technologies Inc.  We will not be responsible for the content of the pages of the advertiser. Also, all dealings with the advertiser in terms of sale, purchase or services used by you, will be done at your sole discretion and responsibility.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS OF USAGE

xtcmail reserves the right to change these Terms of Usage or policies regarding the use of the Service at any time. xtcmail will notify you of any changes and the same will be promptly updated on our pages. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Usage. You shall be bound to the new Terms as and when they are updated should you choose to use the service after that date.

14. SUPPORT

Although we will always be there to assist our users in any way possible, we do not explicitly guarantee that all user problems will be solved and have no fixed time frame for this. We will not be liable for any consequential or other damages in any way possible should their be any stoppage in a particular service.
